Hot zincification is a kind of zincification coil after hot dip, which is processed on the continual product line, dipping cold rolled strip steel or hot rolled acid washing steel into plating liquor that is under the condition of fusing and melting , and the liquor should contain zinc content 98% at least. Using cold rolled strip steel and galvanized strip steel (galvanization or hot dip zinc) as the basic plate, then use roller paint method to paint one layer or multilayer liquid dope to the surface which is already pretreated (degreasing and chemistry disposal) ,and finally, fire and cool to create molding paint coil. Because there can be many different color coat, we customarily call paint coil multicolor paint coil. Moreover, painting is finished before molding coil, therefore, it also called pre-paint coil abroad.
